Ben is a Senior User Researcher at JPMorganChase. He began his career in eCommerce with eBay enterprise in 2011 and has since helped numerous eCommerce clients refine and innovate their websites, apps, emails and other customer touch points. In addition to his agency experience Ben has build a broad background through work in education and now finance. His experience spans the whole range of user research techniques: From usability studies for clients such as Tumi, Kate Spade, and others, to working with children in individual and group settings or executing contextual observations with employees. Outside of work, Ben also co-founded a NYC-based UX Researcher meetup to foster learning, sharing, and collaboration among researchers from different industries. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Baltimore in Interaction Design and Information Architecture, and has, subsequently, also taught courses in interaction design and research methods at the University of Baltimore.
