Elizabeth is the User Research Program Lead for Lifion, an ADP company. She's spent the last 7+ years honing her craft with a focus on designing and facilitating a wide range of user research activities. The breadth of her experience spans numerous industries and a variety of device types. Having spent the bulk of her career in agencies, Elizabeth is now tackling the exciting challenges of product user research in her role at Lifion.
Outside of work, Elizabeth co-founded the NYC based UX Researchers Meetup with a focus on knowledge sharing and providing opportunity for researchers at all levels to share their work and ideas. Entering its second year and 300 members strong, the Meetup has been a successful outlet for NYC researchers.
Elizabeth earned a Masters degree in Interaction Design and Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore and was the Graduate Fellow for the University's User Research Lab.
