Laura has a Masters degree in HCDE and 8 years of User Centered Design expertise. Her career as a UX Researcher has ranges from working in small agencies, large corporations, and in independent UX Research consultant roles. This experience allows her to understand customer needs, business goals, and unique project requirements from various perspectives. Laura continues to expand her existing UX Research breadth in e-commerce conducting innovative research activities for Nordstrom customers and employees alike. You’ll also find Laura in adjunct faculty roles teaching UX courses at UW and Seattle Central College.
