Marc Schwarz is a senior level practitioner. He has worked as a UX research consultant at Microsoft, Intel, General Electric, Audible, Real Networks, and Amazon.com. He presented a talk on the Pushed-RITE method he developed, while consulting at Microsoft, at the UXPA 2008 Conference in Baltimore. Marc Schwarz received his Ph.D. from New York University with a concentration in cognitive psychology and instructional systems design. Prior to his doctoral studies he earned an MS in Computer Science from the Courant Institute at New York University.
