Marj Anzalone has spent her career advocating for the perfect customer experience in the entertainment field and digital world. She launched her career as a viewer researcher at MTV, helping to guide the development of shows like “The Real World” and “Beavis and Butthead.” Marj later branched out into qualitative research for ABC/Disney, Verizon, HP, and others before joining the customer experience team at Wells Fargo. She’s customer-first in her work with designers and business partners, and her main tools are usability, ethnography and persona socialization.
