Mark is a human factors researcher with over twenty-five years of experience in consulting and corporate product development. He currently heads the Human Centered Design practice at Lextant, a user experience consultancy heavily involved in the design and evaluation of automotive user interfaces throughout the industry. Current automotive clients include Ford, Fiat/Chrysler, GM, and Honda, as well as numerous top tier suppliers. Mark has built, managed and mentored design and research teams in North America, Europe, and Asia with a consistent and effective philosophy of keeping the user at the center of the creative process.
