Michael is the Principal User Experience Architect for ESPN/The Walt Disney Company in Bristol, Connecticut. He also serves as the Vice President of the User Experience Professionals Association International (UXPA.org).

He is a proven expert in user experience, and a leader in analyzing the global marketplace for growth and technical innovation opportunities. He has led teams as the UX strategist at companies such as Cigna, FiServ, MassMutual, Hartford Life and Aetna.

Michael also is an adjunct professor at Manchester Community College and a guest instructor at Johns Hopkins University. He serves on a host of technology and industry boards, including the MCC Technology and Communications Advisory Board and is a long-time Board member of a thriving diversity based academic program in his community — Glastonbury A Better Chance (in Glastonbury, CT).
