Richard Wang has more than 8 years user research experience. Richard is passionate about champion beautiful user research to inform the design and the development of next generation enterprise software by conducting qualitative and quantitative user research with real end users using real scenarios. Richard presented “Eight lean user research methods for the user-centered development of an Electronic Health Record” at 2015 International Health Care Symposium. Before joining athenahealth, Richard has led user research with multi-disciplinary teams at Homesite, Air Worldwide, and Perceptive Informatics. Richard received MS in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University.
