Veronica is a social scientist with expertise in human factors psychology, human computer interaction, usability, user experience, qualitative methodology, and ethnographic techniques. She has an M.A. in Anthropology and a Ph.D. in Human Factors Psychology. She helps organizations deliver cost-effective and reusable interactive solutions for large and complex interfaces, applications, and systems for delivery across multiple devices (including mobile). Part of her current role is to evangelize UX within the enterprise and help facilitate cross-functional collaboration with other business partners with a stake in the customer experience.
