Victor is a Research Director at EY Intuitive, a Philadelphia based design firm. He is the author of over 20 articles on user experience research and the application of principles of psychology to digital design. Victor has written for A List Apart, Boxes and Arrows, Smashing Magazine, UX Booth, User Experience Magazine, and more. He is the author of Design for the Mind, a Manning Publications book on the application of principles of psychology to design. Victor regularly presents at local events and national and international conferences. He has been a guest on the User Defenders podcast as well as others.
